Our Services

School Consultation
BCBA consultation to school staff is effective in enhancing classroom management through effective ABA strategies. By equipping educators with the knowledge and tools necessary to implement evidence -based practices, we can create a more structured and supportive learning environment. Training focuses on understanding student behavior, developing individualized intervention, and fostering collaboration among staff. This comprehensive approach not only improves student outcomes but also empowers teachers to feel more confident and effective in their roles.

Caregiver Training
Providing ABA caregiver training to parents of children with Autism is essential for fostering a supportive environment that promotes positive development. Training equips parents with effective ABA strategies aimed at reducing challenging behaviors while enhancing essential skills such as communication, social interaction, and self-help skills. By empowering parents with these tools, they can create consistent and nurturing approaches that facilitate their child's growth. Ultimately, this collaboration between caregivers and a trained professional plays a crucial role in improving the overall quality of life for both the child and their family.

Advocacy
Advocacy services are a crucial aspect of supporting clients and their families. This includes attending Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to ensure that the client's needs are adequately represented and met. Advocating for compassionate care, emphasizing the importance of understanding each client's unique circumstances and challenges, we champion the client's rights and work diligently to promote a least restrictive environment allowing individuals to thrive in settings that best suit their needs. Additionally, we stand up for parents' rights, ensuring that they have a say in the decision-making process and access to the resources necessary for their child's success.

Functional Assessment and Behavior Intervention Plan
Our dedicated team offers specialized services that include a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) conducting thorough functional assessments. This process allows us to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors in individuals. Following the assessment, the BCBA will develop a customized Behavior Intervention Plan tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Our goal is to promote positive behavioral changes and enhance overall quality of life through evidence-based strategies and support.
